Refund and Returns Policy

At Deck&Co, we pride ourselves on offering a thoughtfully curated selection of premium products designed to elevate your living space. Each item in our collection is chosen for its craftsmanship and quality. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not be the perfect fit. If that’s the case, please review the return policy outlined below.


Return Policy

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (exceptions apply—see below). To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging, with no signs of installation or modification
  • Accompanied by all parts, accessories, and instruction manuals

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products (e.g., replacement cushions or mattresses)
  • Clearance or open-box items
  • Gift cards and samples
  • Electrical accessories
  • Bulk orders (6+ units of the same product)
  • Assembled or installed products
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Items returned beyond 30 days from delivery
  • Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S.

Return & Exchange Fees

All returns and exchanges are subject to return shipping costs. For orders over $1,000, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Additional restocking fees may apply to special orders.

Refunds will not include any upgraded shipping or service fees, including but not limited to:

  • Expedited or white glove delivery
  • Room-of-choice or assembly services
  • Address change or rerouting fees

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please check the product page for any brand-specific return exceptions. To start your return, email us at support@deckandco.com. Prompt communication helps ensure a smooth return process.

Note: Returns for certain brands, such as AFD Home Furniture, cannot be processed.


Do you offer exchanges?

We handle exchanges as new orders. You may return your current item per the return policy above and place a new order at your convenience.


Are sale items eligible for refunds?

All sale items are final and non-refundable. Please make sure the item suits your needs before completing the purchase. If you have any questions beforehand, don’t hesitate to reach out to support@deckandco.com.


How are refunds processed?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees.

Please avoid initiating a chargeback while your return is in progress. Chargebacks can delay the resolution process. If you need an update or encounter a delay, contact us—we’re here to help.


Need to cancel your order?

Cancellations are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled once items have shipped from the warehouse. Also, custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once submitted.

If an item has already shipped, it will be handled as a return, not a cancellation. Refusing delivery is not a valid form of cancellation.

For backordered items, once you’ve agreed to wait, payment is submitted to the manufacturer to reserve the product, and the order is then considered a special order—these cannot be canceled.


Missing parts or damaged items?

If your order arrives incomplete or with damaged parts, contact us immediately so we can send replacements. Most carriers only allow freight claims to be filed within 48 hours, so timely communication is essential.

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Item number
  • Specify if parts are missing or damaged
  • For damaged items, include clear photos of:
    • The box
    • The damaged item(s)
    • A brief explanation of the issue

If you prefer not to receive replacement parts, you may return the item according to our standard return policy.
